Every weekday at 6:45am, make my morning briefing and publish it to my PodBox as a 5-minute episode. Start with today's calendar: each meeting's time, who's in it, and anything I should read or prepare first. Then cover emails from the last 24 hours that need a reply or a decision from me, and skip newsletters, receipts and automated notifications. Add today's weather for [your city] and the one or two biggest news stories about [a topic you follow]. End with the single most important thing to do first today.

A 3-hour Lex Fridman episode in 8 minutes, so you know if it's worth the full listen.

Check the Lex Fridman Podcast feed (lexfridman.com/feed/podcast) every morning at 8am. When there's a new episode, read its transcript on lexfridman.com and write an 8-minute summary: who the guest is, the 4 or 5 biggest ideas, and any moment where they push back on each other. Skip the ads, the intro and small talk. Publish it to my PodBox titled with the episode number and guest name, and end with one line on whether the full episode is worth my time.

Your daily TLDR, read to you

On your morning walk

The day's TLDR tech newsletter, cut to the 5 stories you care about, in about 5 minutes.

Every weekday at 7:30am, read today's TLDR newsletter: use the issue in my inbox if it's there, otherwise open tldr.tech/tech/ followed by today's date, like tldr.tech/tech/2026-10-21. Pick the 5 or 6 stories that matter most to me, mainly AI, developer tools and startups, and skip sponsored items. For each one, tell me what happened and why it matters in two or three sentences, without reading out links or read times. Keep it to about 5 minutes and publish it to my PodBox with today's date in the title. If there's no new issue today, don't publish anything.
